BlockMob AI respects your privacy. We collect information you provide when you contact us, create an account, purchase a service, or connect an authorized third-party service.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure our services, process transactions, provide requested features, respond to support requests, and improve BlockMob AI.

Business messaging

When a business uses BlockMob AI messaging features, we process the customer phone numbers and message content the business provides to prepare or deliver messages the business requests, such as appointment confirmations and follow-ups. We may transmit the information needed for delivery to Twilio and other messaging providers. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We may use trusted providers for hosting, payments, analytics, AI functionality, and other infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.

Connected accounts

If you authorize a third-party account or integration, BlockMob AI accesses only the information and permissions needed to provide the requested feature, subject to that provider’s terms.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Account users may use available account controls or contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion.
